what happens if your inventory is full on the day you turn 1 year old? do you just loose your present? does it go to storage?

simply remove 1 item from that character and relogin, the present will be there

yes, remove one items or several if you want. Rezone to a new location and you'll see your b-day present.

Yeh just make room and it will be in inventory next time u log in
